Late Brijendra Narayan Singh (1925–2006)
The Horizon School is a brainchild of Shri Brijendra Narayan Singh and his six sons under the leadership of Shri Abhay Narayan Singh, a renowned Social Worker of Kolkata.

Brief History

The Horizon was established in the year 2004 at Garwar, on Ballia-Nagra national highway, 12 km away from the district headquarters. The school has acquired 8 acres of land in lush green surroundings, free of pollution and city noise. The school is equipped with 45 spacious classrooms, science & computer labs, up-to-date library, theatre room and a large playground.

An English medium co-educational C.B.S.E. affiliated Senior Secondary school, it promotes all-round development — educational, cultural, moral, mental, spiritual and physical.
